The pricing for our services are based on 3 things: the amount to be cleaned, how dirty it is, and how long it will take us to clean. We do offer FREE On-site quotes to give exact prices.

4. Cleaning Process: “What cleaning methods do you use?” or “How do you clean carpets?”
We do hot water extraction or what people call, “steam cleaning”. We use a SAFE cleaning solution, and no residue is left on the carpet after the cleaning. The carpet will be slightly damp to the touch after the cleaning.
5. Duration and Drying Time: “How long does the carpet cleaning process take, and how long will it take for the carpets to dry?”
With adequate heat and air movement, it will take 4-6 hours for the carpet to dry. If the carpet is still damp after 6 hours, then that means that it just needs a bit more heat and air movement for the carpet to dry. We recommend keeping small children and animals off the carpet until it is dry.
6. Safety & Chemical Use: “Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?”
Our cleaning methods are SAFE for your entire family, including pets. We recommend keeping small children and animals off the carpet until it is dry.
Some people or pets may be sensitive to odors or cleaning solutions. We recommend that they stay out of the house until the carpet is dry. Opening a window to air out the house while the carpet is drying may also be helpful. Please consider what the weather is like outside before opening a window.
